Rainbows

The age range for Rainbows are five to seven year-olds, although in Northern Ireland, girls aged from four years old can join. Rainbows learn by doing and in this early age group of the Girls Guides, a lot of activities are included in the programme. Some are indoor activities, most will be outdoors and a lot get messy. In the warmer weather, cycle shorts can be worn as part of the Rainbows uniform. As the weather turns cooler, a pair of warm jogging bottoms worn with the matching red Rainbow hoodie will be warmly welcomed by all Rainbows.
